The steps we follow with you to take a product from drawing to your customer.

Step 1
Receive the request and drawings
The customer sends 2D/3D drawings or a sample together with material, quantity and delivery requirements.

Step 2
Engineering review and quotation
Our engineering and mold teams review manufacturability and then send a quotation.

Step 3
Mold design and manufacturing
The mold room designs and machines the mold with milling machines, EDM, grinding machines and laser welding.

Step 4
Mold trial and sampling
Trial shots are made and checked for dimensions and appearance; the mold and parameters are adjusted until the requirements are met.

Step 5
Mass production
Parts are molded on horizontal and vertical machines operated by regularly trained technical staff.

Step 6
Quality inspection
Flash removal, microscope inspection, visual inspection, 3D measurement and spectrophotometer checks.

Step 7
Packing and delivery
Goods are weighed, tray-loaded or bagged and delivered on the agreed schedule.
